"Property welcomed pets with a crazy high fee and deposit. Room smelt like mildew, had holes in the wall, stains in the tub and wall looked liked dried blood and the walls were so thin, it was like the people in the room beside us were in our room. Not to mention the first room we were given was not the room we booked. "

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants."

"Check in went fine- got into our room and looked like someone had spilled a soda or similar on floor and it did not get cleaned up. Floor was very sticky in spots. Bathtub/shower was just weird. Very narrow and felt like bottom of tub was broken and they had laid a rubber mat over it. Felt like you were stepping in a hole."

"The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking...

There was no shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the bathroom so I went to work the next day in construction with just a rise off basically. What I used to love about Best Western.
