"the room was very clean - the location is excellent - the hotel is attached to a beautiful mall with some great dining options! The amenities in the Hotel as far as bar and eating were not good so don't count on spending time in the lobby! Other than that I highly recommend for the location and the cleanliness!"

"I was given a 2nd floor accessible room even though I did not request it. It was fine but not as convenient for things like showering. There was also something about the room that made network cell services unusable and airways never able to connect to the wifi. Everything was dial up slow. I've stayed in this property many times and never had this network or wifi issues."

"The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."

"I stayed for 1 night. It was close to where I would be going. I received cookies at check in. The room was nice 1 queen size bed room. It was clean. I didnt care much for the bartender who worked during the day seems likes she was focused on other things besides customer service. The bartender who worked at night was very friendly and helped. The kitchen had already closed but she recommended a near by restaurant which delivered. Overall good experience I would definitely stay there again. ...

"Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. In my room, which was located on the first floor, I liked the soft aqua color in the bathroom on the walls and the two vertical strips of light, which are a part of the large mirror that emitted a soft glow--very relaxing.
