"Not worth the money."

"Hotel is located perfectly, parking is good but extra charge, gym and pool ok but extra charge, decor and carpeting is shockingly in need of updating, dirty and scruffy, in key places such as restaurant you see just how bad it is making you think about maybe just how well maintained the kitchen may or may not be ? Room was not cleaned and do left without fresh towels, despite asking for towels at reception before the end of the day we were ignored and so left unable to shower the following...

"It was wonderful! Loved the apt, it was huge!! We stayed in the 4 bedroom apt and there were only 3 of us! So much room, you can sleep 18-20 people in this 2 story apt. The tv satellite wasn't always working and the showers were not the best, seemed like the drains were backed up and needed cleaned so water would over flow. It has a washer but no dryer....no one in the office knew how to work the machine, I had to figure it out on my own :( It was close enough to the Royal Mile, Princess...
