"Staff was kind and helpful. The property was spotless. Breakfast was good, they even make omelets."

"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. "It was a clean room other then a weird odor. You’re able to hear people talking from the other rooms and everything in the hallway from doors slamming to people passing by."

"Staff are great and the property is well Maintained. The room was clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is just ok, we don’t really like the packaged eggs that are served. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. We booked a double King room, which is super rare to find. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. "The room was very clean, no odors, the bathroom was spotless; easy to find, close to legoland. Great customer service."

"Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay"

"Love that there were a lot of different places within walking distance."

"Booked for visit for to Legoland. It was easy short drive to Legoland, and also short drive to downtown Carlsbad/beach. Room smelled a little like smoke, had a little mold in bathrooms, doesn't offer breakfast, pool was too dirty for us to swim, and a bit noisy for halls. Bed was comfortable, price was affordable ."
