"Didn't even get in the building, there were people in the building, didn't get to Austin until Sunday, the 12th night, didn't have a code to get in, searched in the dark for the unit, had to get grandkids an hour away at 9:30 PM, finally received the code got back with grandkids about midnight and searched units again in the dark and people were in it, called expedia (outsourced) had no clue how to handle this said I was late for reservation so I gave up my right to stay and left me with no...

"Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. "
