"We were surprised with an upgrade upon check in, loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff and enjoyed a very nice dinner in the restaurant. There are many restaurants and retail shops to explore; all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Convienen location. A bit noisy since our room is above the market. Breakfast is excellent. Staffs are wonderful. Hotel towels all need to be renewed. Towels are too old and they are all grayish colored not white any more. Room is clean but the sheets has burned spots from dryer or ironing. "

"Lovely property and the museum gives it a unique edge. Breakfasts were delicious - the hot chocolate is fabulous - and the dining room staff were particularly lovely. We had some confusion on arrival about the twin room we'd booked, which caused some concern and delay, but it was resolved after an hour or so. Close to the river and lots of the city centre amenities."
