"5 Star is not always 5 star furniture and upholstery stained fixtures have rust on them walls look like children ate greasy food and wiped their hands on it complained about this then was told I cannot have anyone in my room without paying an under the table fee to the guys downstairs and I objected to that ofc and ten minutes later was told I have to pay 200 for smoking in the room although I not only smoke outside hence the smell of smoke on me but I also have a balcony room for that purpose if I so chose to smoke. I recommend the Park V Hotel which is cleaner the staff are attentive but also are not inside it trying to tax you for being a tourist. Breakfast is blah and of course cold even if you are the first person down there. It’s extremely pretentious so if you have money but still want to be treated like a regular human being do not go there and lastly the price I paid for four nights at the Park V was the price of one night at the uppity Hotel Spiwak. Do not book here you can get a better stay somewhere else."
