"Front desk staff named Nicole (if I’m not mistaking her name) was very uninterested in her job. No hellos, no smiles, no greetings or whatsoever except for a very bland “how can I help you” but she was not very helpful. I requested to be close to a specific friend because it is her wedding day and we are part of the bridesmaid party that needed to help her get ready. At check in and after politely reiterating my request for a room close to the bride, Nicole gave me a room very far from the bride...

I rang and after several minutes someone came. Check in took several minutes while he arranged a room for me - he sent me to a neighbouring motel 200m or so down the road. I assume the owners have two (or more) hotels and it is luck as to which one you get. Room was OK. Rather shabby, but nothing really wrong with...

"There was bed bugs and I didn't get refunded they did offer another room but the room had roaches in the refrigerator about 2 in the morning I discovered a bed bug crawling on my friends shirt that was on the chair an the 30 min later there were 2 more bed bugs that were crawling on the bed"

"The environment at the property felt unsafe as there were plenty of vagabonds standing around the inn. There was a cigarette burn on the bedsheet, and a dead roach in the bathtub. A man started banging at the door of the unit right when we checked in. We decided to leave and check out after 10 mins. Do not recommend the place."
