"Check in was terrible.  They have 3 locations and the Expedia confirmation email directed us to the wrong one. Had to go to 3 different locations before we were able to find our room.  Then had to call for assistance just to get in the front door since we never received an email stating that pre checkin was required. It was a stressful experience and waste of time. We booked here because of the gym. It would have been nice but the cable machine was broken and no display on the rowing...
