"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"We loved our stay in Granada. Room was clean, spacious and had lovely amenities. The hotel itself was brilliant, just like other Barcelo hotel's we've stayed at and the staff were so helpful and polite. Would recommend to anyone."

"Staff friendly and helpful, getting taxis or uber is kinda hard at times at peak hours, and the hotel receptionists are the best at helping us get taxis. We didn’t get the breakfast package because we don’t eat breakfast anyway, but there’s coffee and tea in the room and some refreshments if needed. It would be a challenge for people with disability who gets around in a wheelchair because there’s no ramp to get up to the lobby. Room we got was a good size, modern, very clean, lots of closet space. Bathroom is also huge, I travelled with my 80 yr old mom and the bathtub was not hard to get in. Location is close to everything, 15 min walk to Granada Cathedral area where a lot of restaurants are. Area is safe."

"Good location around 20 mins walk from the old town. Room was a great size as was the balcony. It’s a quiet hotel and the bed was really comfy. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The pool area is stunning, there were plenty of loungers by the pool. The greenery made it feel extra special and even more relaxing. The hotel is a little bit dated in its decor but it was still nice. There was no kettle in the room and the shower was a little bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so didn’t raise it with the staff. All in all a great stay for visiting all the sites and well connected to transport links."
