"Didn't have breakfast there. Parking was crowded at dinner time because of the restaurant. But we finally found a spot out front. The beds were NOT COMFORTABLE. Absolutely NO support whatsoever, we both slept very little and I had a medical procedure at HSN that morning. I have stayed there a few times before and have always gotten a 2 Queen bed room and the beds were always firm and comfortable. The back of the bathroom door was also chipped along the bottom, headboards were crooked, the cable tv box was held up by a stack of paper cups. Just not what I had gotten before and very noticeable, if we were staying longer I would have requested another room. "

"There was a fire at the hotel - we stayed outside for 1.5 hours - hotel offered no blankets , comforts some had no socks or jackets - we had to get out - then no communication next day - like all is rectified , have some free breakfast - no nothing - it was hard- I couldn’t warm up for a long time next door McDonald let us get warm and use bathrooms a- a plan for host should be considered "
