"Just a warning if you have luggage; the "elevator" is not easy to get to and use. you have to lug your luggage up two sets of stairs just to get to the elevator, and the elevator drops off in between floors, so you have to lug luggage up or down another set of stairs. As a solo traveler with a standard 45 pound suitcase and a carryon and personal item, this becomes painfully awkward. "
