The premium suite we booked was well equipped and provided beautiful views of the Lisbon city skyline. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel decor was worthy of the 5* star rating and the staff really looked after us. "The location of this property was ideal for exploring the old city on foot. Right in the heart of shopping, cafes and restaurants, yet quiet for sleeping. Uber pickups happen down the street as it has limited access to vehicular traffic. Sgaff was highly friendly and helpful and we appreciated the gifts left in our room. I would stay here again."

"They charged us 17 euros because we asked for a room with balcony. Nice stay if you have a balcony. Other than that it’s too small, bathroom doesn’t have a fan and carpet is not the cleanest "
