"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot. It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is so welcoming from the moment you arrive. They make sure you are having g a good time and help you out with activities and food in the area. "Everything about this hotel and property is amazing. The grounds were built on an original land that was used as a farm so the views of the surroundings are 360° of breathtaking views of tuscany! The property offers multiple amenities including their amazing infinity pool and bottega bar overlooking the amazing sunset eveynight! The service of the employees of the property was amazing. I truly recommend this property and stay if you are looking to relax and enjoy tuscany at it’s full potential!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. From coming in through the door, where we received a lovely welcome, right through to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and just wanted to do their best for you. Our accessible room was great, on the ground floor near the bar/dining room and had a lovely wet room. The hotel is ideal walking distance to the town. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we couldn't use the outdoor terrace - it looked lovely though, Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel organised a taxi for us to take us to Pisa airport with a stop at the Leaning Tower - really great service and lovely driver. Highly recommend"

"A very easy place to stay in Lucca that is 20 seconds from the train station. All of the hotels and rentals in the old walls are not that quick or easy to get to, and driving within the walls is practically impossible so even taxis can’t always get you there. A good breakfast with options, and very friendly staff throughout. Great value for the money. "

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance. "
