"I had booked this through hotels.com and what I booked wasn't at all what I thoight it was. It was downtown toronto hotels and suites but it was actually a condo and not a hotel. The instructions were sent to me and then 2 hours before check in I was given new instructions to go to a different location that was a 40 min walk away because the location was unavailable due to maintenance. I contacted the agent and worked with the agent and hotels.com to get a full refund."
