We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. "La struttura è molto carina , pulita. Bagno grande e asciugacapelli top neanche nel 5 stelle lusso lo trovo cosi. Unico neo le camere non sono insonorizzate e si sentivano tutti i rumori della stanze adiacenti... sopratutto il bambino che piangeva."
