Small room with double bed, had requested twin beds and said they did not have any available, another 2 girls looked at her computer and were discussing. she then said we could have an apartment which was expensive.

Just fine. Location and Breakfast are the best parts. There was a big queue when I arrived so I did the self check-in but it didn't really work and ended up back down at the desk.
