"Excellent smaller resort. Great food with fun swim up bar and activities. The beautiful pools had a gorgeous ocean view and beach was also great to lounge at with great service. No hoarding of beach chairs at 6am! Perfect location from downtown Cancún and the airport. The staff was exceptional in every area!"

"I booked this hotel based on its Expedia listing, which clearly highlighted a free airport shuttle—a major factor when choosing among so many options in Cancun. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading, as no such service was actually available. In a competitive destination like Cancun, every bit of value matters. When the hotel didn’t reach out prior to arrival, I contacted them myself, only to be told that transportation is handled by a third-party vendor and requires 48 hours’ notice....
