"The resort is billed as an all inclusive resort. It seems as though you have to be “a member” in order for that to be true. Alcohol was only supplied in the room if you’re a member. Full access to some restaurants only if you’re a member. The food was really not good. The entertainment was basic. The property seemed dated and needed work. The kids area was non existent. I have stayed at RUI properties before and will stick to that brand from now on. "

"The hotel is massive and the food is very good. Customer service at throughout the hotel is great minus the front desk which is awful. They threaten to make you pay $150 a day if you lose your wristband and it is the only way to get into your room. This part was a huge turn off. The pools, restaurants and amenities are great but the beach is horrible and looks black with seaweed for about a 100 feet out which makes it unable to swim in so that was disappointing to be in Cancun without being able to use the beach."
