"Where do I begin? We got scammed by this hotel on day one. When we arrived, the front desk person advised me that there were no king size beds available, even though we had this room booked months in advanced. However, they offered to upgrade up for an additional $620 to a "honey moon suite". When we got to the room, it was the SAME exact room we had booked online. No upgrades, no upgraded liquor bottles, NOTHING! We got SCAMMED.. and when we went to the guest relations department to speak with...
