"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"I typically do not leave reviews good or bad. However, myself and my family were impressed with the quality of this stay. The check in was easy, the staff kind. Our room had plenty of space, was very clean, and comfortable.
The entire building was updated and looked beautiful. I liked that it was tucked away and felt very safe, and the price was great!
We did not have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast. The only thing they didn’t have was a hot tub but not a deal breaker for us ;)"

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."

"This is a basic, no-frills motel. Our room has no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, and no shampoo or conditioner. The floor is tile--no carpet. Even at 8 pm, the clerk was behind a barrier--seemed a bit excessive for suburban property.
However--the room was exceptionally clean, The TV connected to Dish network worked well. The shower was really great with easy access, good safety bar, and fine water pressure. The clerk was nice and pointed out where we could get food. Coffee was...
