Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights in Canggu, lovely modern and spacious villa. We were upgraded to a two bedroom which gave us more living space which was nice. The villa was private however it is in a complex with multiple units so you could be seen (if you were in the pool area) from other villas if they were on the second floor - this however did not bother us. It is also hard to find as there isn't any signage from the main road, our driver just asked the locals and we soon found...

"Not worth the money, not even enough furniture to sit on, couldn’t eat there as only furnished for two people even though a two bedroom villa. Completely lied about it being a 2 minute walk to Finn’s (reason we stayed there), was a 30 min walk so unless you can walk 1 km in 1 minute, you’re not doing it in 2 minutes. Disappointed."
