"We had a lovely stay at The Palms. All areas of the hotel and gardens were very clean and well maintained. The pool was smaller in size but we were always able to get a sun bed. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was located on the ground floor with a lovely view of the pool. The room had great amenities for the price including; face washers, hand towels, soaps, infused water, complementary fruit and cookies and an oil burner was lit in the room each night. "Bali island villas stay was really enjoyable. It’s very conveniently located to shops, beach and restaurants. The villas are very roomy, quiet and comfortable. The private pool and space are nice to relax in after a day out. The staff are extremely friendly courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had bathrooms but the lack of en-suite for one of the upstairs rooms made the configuration a bit tricky with kids. Staff were friendly but communication wasn’t great with confusion around our booking and room requirements. Pool areas need a revamp - lots of loose and broken tiles. A little tired but overall well appointed and had an authentic Balinese feel. Pretty good value for money. "
