"Beaucoup aimé notre séjour!! L'appartement condo était très complet et fonctionnel. La responsable à l'accueil était hyper serviable et compétente. L'hôtel a un certain âge mais tout est en de bonnes conditions. Le seul petit hic était une odeur dans la chambre. Je retournerais à cet hôtel. NOTE: L'hôtel nous a prêté du 'bearspray' sans frais pour notre semaine à l'hôtel. "

"Clean room with a cozy common area. The coffee, hot cocoa and afternoon wine and cheese was a nice addition. Soundproofing from the 2nd floor was not good but it's a good place overall."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Great property, very spacious, very well equipped kitchen, underground parking, good wifi, comfortable bed and sofa bed. The only thing we could fault was the cleanliness - the bathrooms were not cleaned properly before our stay. "

"This place has immediately become a favourite for us. Fantastic amenities and views. Quick drive away from Canmore/Banff, but feels like it's in the middle of nowhere with how quiet and peaceful it is. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the games room and everything else. It was hard for us to say goodbye!"
