"The bed matress was super yellow and stained. We contacted the hotel that changed us room in a different locatiln. We lost a lot of time but find our way finally."

"The only possible thing to sort of like is that it seems to be in a safe neighborhood, close to transit. Everything else was bad. It’s a small, ugly apartment, not dirty but not particularly clean. It was cold (the steam radiators appear to be governed at barely on). There was no hot water. A few chairs so it was uncomfortable to stay in for any time. Nothing much to serve meals with. No coffee, salt, sugar, even whitener. Really diminished our appreciation of the city. Would never go back."

"The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean."

This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window...

"Just a basic room. Would not allow early check-in."

"The room was not cleaned for 1 week that i stayed. I sent 2 emails during my stay and no response. No replacement of toiletries for a week. Electric cooker non functional, broken windows and doors."

"Window felt like it was coming out of the wall, mildew and stains on shower curtain, no mention of not having a lift, moveable closet was falling apart on the bottom, BED SAGGED SO BAD IN THE MIDDLE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE FALLING INTO EACH OTHER, window blinds would not go up, owner never answered emails, WiFi password was not there but was promised, at least five sirens during the night, not enough toilet paper. I have pictures to back all of this up. Unless you...

"Check- in hat super funktioniert per Schlüsselbox und Code. Ruhige Wohnanlage. Sie befindet sich in der Stadt, da ist Straßenlärm normal."
