"The location was perfect and the single room with fridge and microwave was ideal. As a lone lady I felt safe in the building and its location meant easy access to all that Nice has to offer. Staff were friendly and nicely always about during 8am to 8pm. On reflection I wish I had asked the staff if I could sit on their balcony in the evening as my single room had no balcony nor outlook. I would suggest asking in future."

"Advertised as hotel but is actually on one floor of an old apartment building. Bathroom plumbing caused toxic septic smell throughout entire stay."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"I stayed here with my niece for two nights. The apartment was clean organized, had all required facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Noemie, Corina and Simon helped us on different days and all of them had the best communication skill and really attentive. I recommend this place and would love to stay here again if come back to Nice."

"The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "
