"I called for maintenance twice because bathroom light was so dim, I had to use a flashlight. I was told they would check on it, but they never responded; ran out of toilet paper and kleenex in room; the beds were not made up daily; only fresh towels. Coffee was supposed to be out at entrance table until 9:00 PM. When they ran out at 7;00, they refused to make more. Also, they ran out of decaf coffee at the morning breakfast and did not put more out."

"A quaint inn, that is well maintained. Older amenities, but everything worked. The staff is incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect! A one minute walk to a great cup of coffee, or wood fire pizza, at the Brown Jug. And it's under a 10 minute stroll to the best shopping in the area. I personally enjoyed a morning walk around the nearby conservatory while waiting for the bakeries to open. I recommend staying here."
