It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and...

"Absolutely dismayed by the size or the room. Three of us were in the room and difficult to stand up together. Zero living space and very depressing overall. The room, despite being called a family room, because it had a queen size bed and a bunk bed, would only be suitable for 1 guest layover for a short time. The experience was depressing for our family"
