"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. I stayed in room 3111, I paid for an upgrade and ‘The Level’ package. My room was pretty nice, there were a few small things that would have made my stay better. There was a lightbulb flickering in the lounge. The room had twin beds, but one of the beds was lower and also shorter and length than the other. Which wouldn’t be ideal if you were traveling as a couple. The TV in the bedroom should be put on a bracket so you can angle it towards the bed. Also the suite had a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery in the cupboards. With these small fixes my stay would have been perfect. The breakfast was great too, as were all the staff I encountered in the breakfast room. Will stay again for sure! "

Such a shame it’s such a short amount of time when you want to enjoy a drink in the evening. Other than that, lovely hotel and friendly staff. The drinks and food are good. "Terrible hotel. Do not book. Filthy dirty, in desperate need of a refurb or maybe even knocking down and starting again. Because it’s such a hole, it’s used for school trips so we were on a floor with about 50 teenagers banging and crashing around, out of control by their teachers, running around the corridors and shouting until late at night. Everything about this place is rough. I’d sleep in the car if this was the only option. "
