"Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. "Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"Great apartment in a lovely city"

"Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. Highly recommend for a family of 3"
