You used to get biscuits, a robe and water these are no longer supplied Also the breakfast was cold, the eggs hard, the bacon hard, the beans cold all items very low quality The staff at reception are rude

Cardiff Marriott Hotel
The bed in room 10m was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve had to endure in a long time. It was not only super hard it had ridges. And there is no desk in the room!! Since when does a king room not have a desk. For the price I paid I expect better- a lot better
