"Great place to stay in St. Louis. Great location - park your car and just walk to all the sites. (Wish the hotel would provide parking). The breakfast and 5:30 Kickback were great. All the staff we dealt with were great too. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the balcony outside the pool was really nice. Even though the price was more than we usually pay, we would stay here again."

"Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and courteous. However we had an issue with the bathroom door and toilet that we notified them about the first day and it never got fixed. Additionally we requested maid service two days in a row and both days we didn’t get any service. Probably won’t be back and try something else in the area. Appreciated the ladies who did the breakfast service. "

"Perfect stay for a few days! Enjoyed the clean rooms and beautiful bathrooms, just wish the rooms were a little bigger and beds were more comfortable…Hotel is perfect location to walk around to several restaurants, The Arch, and Busch Stadium. Staff was amazing, Valet was quick. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casino Queen Hotel. The room was clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Biggest complaint would be the ac was a little loud but not enough to interrupt sleep. Close to metro. Would stay here again "

"Pool was freezing for the kids. It was more like an ice bath which is disappointing. The room was small but it worked for the family of four. There were some other oddities that made it challenging. For example the parking garage height prevented any larger vehicles from self parking. "

"The gym was fantastic and so was the museum. Our room had a musty odor to it and we couldn’t connect the tv to the Google apps. Other than that it was great. I wouldn’t stay here with very young kids because of the art they’ll be tempted to touch and deep pool where people are trying to swim laps. "
