"Hotel Bellevue is a warm, family-run hotel that feels different from the other large luxury hotels in Amafi (in a good way). The owner was so sweet- he upgraded our rooms, gave us free parking and breakfast! The hotel is a short 15min walk to the heart of Amalfi and well worth it! Plus you never feel like you’re in the midst of the chaotic crowds of tourists. The last night, we sat on their beautiful terrace, enjoying home-made lemon chello from the owner! We will come back :) "

"Perfect location! Ready for the Pathway of the Gods hike? Then skip the lift and take the stairs down many levels to your room, and more steps down to the reception and restaurant...a few more sets of stairs to the pool and even a big walking path down to the secret beach next door. Who knew this cliff could host such a fun and exciting number of levels?! This hotel is fabulous! Ignore what the very helpful staff say about taking the bus, and start walking up and up secret stairways to discover the fabulous Praiano and eventually the entry to the hiking trail--which is not for the faint of heart. Great breakfast at this hotel--which we did not realize was INCLUDED until our last day. Also fantastic valet will keep your keys for you so your car is always ready if you need it. But you probably won't need a car--so close to Amalfi and Positano. This hotel is the best located! Very pretty room as well."

Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to providing excellent service—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We particularly appreciated the care taken to accommodate my daughter’s vegan diet, with staff going above and beyond to ensure her needs were met. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, contributing to a very relaxing stay.
