"Frontdesk staff was super friendly and attentive especially the young guy (cant remember his name). The frontdesk staff made our stay much easier, they showed me how to catch the bus and all that. The only downside is that there is no blanket in the rooms, no hot shower and no elevevator. Overall i had a great stay but the rooms are pretty much outdated "

"The beach across the street was great but there’s a better beach really close that you can see and walk to easily, we didn’t realize there’s actually a driver at the hotel that will drive you around and he was so friendly and helpful, we cancelled our plans with another taxi and had him take us back to the airport!! "

Tiene estacionamiento incluido, lo cual es muy bueno ya que es difícil conseguir estacionamiento en santurce, pero el camino del lote al hotel es oscuro y no está en las mejores condiciones para caminarlo tarde en la noche con seguridad."

"Great value for the money, although the site is large it did not feel overgrounded, l guess mainly because the children are still at school. There are three pools to use. Five minutes walk to Atlantis and the beach. Good easy check in security all day and night. Large apartment with dining room full kitchen and separate bathroom. At the back of the apartment is a small terrace with a table and chairs and two lounge chairs. The equipment in the kitchen is very limited if you like to cook,...

"Overall the property was well maintained However I did have some minor inconvenience with the rooms.. the double bunk bed room the ladder was broken, so it was a safety issue for me, there was a missing door for one of the shower The restaurant on the property was excellent food was amazing so I’ll stay here again but they do need to upgrade some of the furniture "
