"I paid for privilege service and was highly disappointed. Had to fetch my own drinks while others around me were being served. I had to ask another gentleman to order on my behalf due to this. "The resort was nice aesthetically. The hotel states that it’s a 5 star but I would rate it a solid 4. It lack some qualities to fully be at a 5. At checkin, the staff who assisted us had little information about the hotel and provided incorrect information to a few of our questions. We found it unsanitary the way utensils were left on the bare tables instead on napkins. The pool was nice. Night life needs improvement. Drinks were not premium. "The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend."
