"Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine."

"I stood 8 days with my wife In Tecasa 5(V) apt F4 The Property was exactly how u saw it on the pics. Apartment and building was nice and clean. Community Pool, basket ball court n supermarket were close by which was a plus. If u need something the supermarket Superman’s will deliver for a 10 pesos fee which is nothing. I recommend change money n have small bills on hand to tip the locals . If u rent a car you will also have a secured parking spot w no worry of trying to find a spot to leave...
