Wonderful hotel at a great price in a prime location. This is not my first time there. The service was excellent. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. I was treated very well. Will definitely return when I head back to the Carlsbad area

Stayed for a couple nights and the place was great. Rooms are nice and clean. The hand soap and hair & body wash isn’t the best: very thin and watery but not the worst. They don’t have places to hang towels but they seem to do house keeping everyday so you’ll have fresh towels.

Im honestly not sure where the bad reviews come from. The place was well kept, the room was clean and they didnt charge me anything extra a few others mentioned. The freeway is across the street and obvious, but the noise goes away in your room. I wasnt expecting a four seasons stay. Ii feel like we got what we paid for nothing more, nothing less. Would stay again.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. There was plenty of parking, which made coming and going very convenient. The rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day, and everything was always fresh and well-maintained. The hotel staff were some of the sweetest and most welcoming people I've encountered—they were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Room was nice and clean and the beds were also comfortable and the good thing is that we had a 3rd twin bed i the room, whichis unusual. But don't expect anything else other than room and bed, even water, because the office was like a large standalone booth with nothing but a reception desk. There wasn't even a cooler. Overall experience was not bad. We got what we needed

My wife and I loved this place. It's very close to Freeway 5, very comfortable, and the rooms are very clean. There's a lot of parking, and the person who treated us did so with a lot of respect.

The man in the front was helpful and quick with my check in process. Stayed with my two children. Room was plenty space for our one night stay but dirty. Microwave was dirty/old, coffee machine, and floor. There were ants by sink. The AC machine had a smell to it. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was ok. Besides that the beds were comfortable.
