"Breakfast was good but this is the second time that the lady in charge was on a mission to get it cleaned up and didn’t refill eggs at 9:10am even though breakfast was till 9:30. At 9:20 she was removing coffee and other main dishes. At 9:27 someone asked for the waffle batter to get refilled and it was a hard no. Felt like we were getting pushed out, which is the last impression you have. This isn’t just a one off either. It’s the second time it happened. "

"Spent more money on the hallways and the check in area to the rooms. Beds are hard, sheets had hair in them, no lamps, bathroom was dirty and looks like they did not even vacuum the carpet. Yes it’s cheap but makes you feel dirty staying. "

"Quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. The hotel was clean the rooms are large, very spacious and clean. The only problem was the room was extremely hot and the thermostat did not work. None of us slept that night as the room temp was 24 degrees. "

"A really lovely placr to stay, place is clean, a little dated but everytjing works well. But what truly makes it a great place is the staff. So friendly, special mention to Joy working the breakfast shift, ask her nucelt and she makes a special coffee juat for you. Also Rogina (spelling?) who looks after the high numbers on 7th floor bedrooms, always a cheery smile and gello, asks about your day etc. I had some time to kill on one of my days so got to use the spa, a nice relaxing massage Bar was under a refurb, but even that they had staff out front talking you through to the second bar, no noise intrusion All in all recommend it and will be back next time im in regina"

"The public spaces look brand new and the staff is incredibly kind. They answered all my questions and were super friendly to someone passing through the area. The rooms were nice, and clean but there were some pretty obvious maintenance short comings. A broken tile in the bathroom had been fixed in a really sloppy way and was not fun to walk on. And the drop down curtain had holes in it. Even with those issues, the room was clean. I had a very comfortable stay, and would return just because of how friendly and welcoming the staff was. "
