"Great location with free parking, but the property itself is very outdated, musty, and poorly maintained. There was no staff available during regular business hours; not just after hours, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Our room was not properly cleaned; there were food crumbs on the floor from previous guests, and the bedding had a strange hair oil smell that made us question whether it had been changed at all. The shower had extremely low water pressure and felt uncomfortably cold the entire time. Basic amenities were also lacking. There was no body lotion, and the provided shampoo and conditioner were barely enough for one person, despite the booking being for a family of four. We tried calling the front desk during the morning to request additional supplies, but no one answered. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. We would not recommend staying here, and based on our experience, we chose not to try the complimentary breakfast."
