"We enjoyed our four night stay. The hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Underground parking is included at no charge so all you have to do is park once and then it's a short walk to Ocean Avenue and all the great shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms and galleries. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Like most hotels in Carmel the property is older with some deferred maintenance...
