"This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. No usb ports or anything of that nature. The smell was of an old vacant house. On the plus side there was a Walgreens across the street. We went there...

"Overall, a Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement My overall experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott was positive. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with its own ice maker. These amenities made the stay convenient and enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast Hours: The complimentary breakfast buffet closes at 9:00 AM, which I feel is too early, especially for guests who are on vacation and would like to sleep in. Extending breakfast until at least 10:00 AM would make a big difference. Unexpected Charges: During check-in, I was informed of additional charges that were not clearly disclosed on Expedia when making my reservation. Hotels should ensure that all fees are communicated upfront to avoid unpleasant surprises. Check-In Experience: The front desk employee spoke extremely fast while explaining the charges and hotel policies, making it difficult to understand what she was saying. A slower, clearer explanation would have made the check-in process much more welcoming and professional. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent room amenities. With better transparency regarding additional fees, improved communication at check-in, and extended breakfast hours, the guest experience could be even better."
