"Pool area still had stuff from previous renters and it was not running the filter so we weren’t able to access the pool but other than that that this was a pretty good place very comfortable and spacious there was complimentary soap towels the manager was very responsive we arrived after check out time and it was a smooth entrance because all information was provided prior to arrival and even after he was very responsive as well"

"Location is great!! Super close to the airport and other excursions! Room was very clean and loved it had a balcony with a beautiful view! Property management was very communicative and responded fast! Check in and out proceed was smooth! No complaints "

"The room was nice, everything was very modern and clean. Bed felt like a cloud, slept beautifully. AC was great in the room! Very close to beach and multiple good restaurants. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the room being a bit small. The size is intimate for a couple if staying for a few days."

"Very close to the beach. Has an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Very simple check-in and out process. Room was clean and as pictured, with no major issues. We stayed for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay! We will be returning on our next trip! "

"La habitación no la limpiaban muy bien, además q era muy incomoda, sin closet, no había donde colgar una toalla de manos ni la de baño, no hay puerta de baño y todo se moja y la taza esta super pegada a la pared, apenas puedes sentarte. Un dia compramos fruta para llevarnos a un tour, la compre subimos al carro y empece a comer y salió mal la fruta sabía caducada, y no había tiempo ya para regresar. La piscina no la vi muy limpia, no se si hay otras habitaciones mejores, pero la de pista parcial...

"Staff were helpful and respectful. The elevators are very small. Carpets in hallways were dirty in a few spots, Rooms were fairly clean for the most part. Bathroom shower had a bad pitch and would be showering in standing water. Towels weren’t appealing, grayish and discolored! The no late check out was the biggest flaw, understanding that room turnovers have to be made late check outs should be optional. Accommodations here was good overall."
