"The hotel is poorly maintained and ran down. The window and ac unit in our room was covered in mold. There was hair in the shower and we found used Kleenex on the floor by the bed. Breakfast was frozen items in a freezer that you could microwave yourself. The pool was nice but the hot tub did not have a functioning heater or jets. The staff however were super friendly and went above and beyond to try to make our stay comfortable."

"The A/C worked well. Refrigerator worked well. Curtains worked well. Lamps and lighting were sufficient. The carpet had what looked like blood stains on it. Sheets were clean. There was no toliet paper holder, so roll of toilet paper was inserted into cavity that was very gross and had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was a clump of hair close to the ice bucket and drink cups that should have been removed before we arrived. the towels were extremely thin. Chair and ottoman were ripped up. Chair at desk was broken. We were two doors down from laundry area and there were about a dozen dead roaches on the floor. Glad they were dead, however it would have been good for them to be disposed of. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I will not EVER stay there again."
