"Key card was not working and we had to be let into the room by the front desk staff. Room was poorly stocked. 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 floor mat. No washcloths. 1 full bottle of shampoo and 1 partial bottle. 2 bars of soap. 3 packets of decaffeinated coffee. Bed was comfortable."
