"The bed was comfortable, and the room met our basic needs. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. They gave us poor directions to a nearby restaurant and seemed annoyed when we asked for additional clarification.
The breakfast buffet was also overpriced for the limited selection offered. If you're staying here before a flight, I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating at the airport instead."

From my traveling experience, you cannot go wrong with MARRIOTT...
... and I was right!
The cleanliness, the staff, breakfast service and bars were excellent.
The hotel is not in the heart of Madrid (center) but you have different connections to get there; and around the hotel you have other interesting things to discover like great malls around..."

"love the location center of all Madrid, hotel staff and amenities amazing ! one thing I would recommend better is the rooftop bar , was not a good experience is very difficult to get service in the rooftop, I believe there can be another system in place to attend guests but overall yes I would for sure stay here again ."
