Très très déçu à la decouverte de l'appart sur place par rapport aux photos postés en ligne. Présence des cafards dans toutes les pieces. Heuresement que je n'étais que seul et pas en famille. Je déconseille fortement.

Angry workers and u feel u not welcome + dirty apartment/ we did pay 90 € first day when we arrived, they told us 35€ per person for cleaning but they did never clean!

チェックイン時に、追加料金（サービス料）570ディルハム（約8千円）を請求された。 フロントは無く、追加料金570ディルハムについては、受付の女性（約30歳で、Expediaからのホテル情報にある携帯電話でのみコンタクト可）が自分の財布に入れて、要求しても領収書も発行されなかった。 「Expediaからの情報では、サービス料は込みとなっている。」と説明しても、「ネットの情報は信用してはいけない。支払は無ければ、宿泊させない。」と言われた。 夜8時過ぎにチェックインとなり、他にホテルを探すのが難しい状況で家族を危険に合わせることは望まないので、止む無く追加料金を支払った。 異常な請求なので、他の職員（門番等）に聞くと、他の宿泊客とも同様な金銭問題が多く、掴み合いの喧嘩も起きているようです。 従って、金銭を含むトラブルが発生する可能性が高く、日本人が利用することは勧められません。

Chambre confort supérieur

J'ai paye plus cher en réservant une chambre confort supérieur avec vue sur la piscine. J'ai eu une chambre avec vue sur une allée et au RDC. Aucune intimité, donc les vacances pas terrible. Le propriétaire ne m'a pas laissé trop de choix, je prenais la chambre où je me retrouvais à la rue. J'ai eu la moins chère et le bas de gamme des chambres...

Depuis que j ai mis mon commentaire sur votre site la propriétaire de l appart a disparu et pas du tout joingnable. j insisté sur le fait que c est très loin de casa, environs 1h de voiture, a la base je cherchais une location a casa. Pas du tout de transport, à chaque déplacement il faut prendre un taxi. C est les pires vacances de ma vie
