"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this luxury hotel directly across the Granada Cathedral, in the heart of the city. We were concerned about the noise from the busy street, but not a sound was perceptible from our room (#222). Our window faced the interior and we were okay with that, as we were in the room, primarily to sleep and to nap. The mattress, and linen sheets were of high quality, allowing restful sleep. The staff were attentive and helpful, even calling our hotel...

"The hotel is ideally located. Walking distance from historical centre, very convenient to reach by car. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is really good and convenient . Restaurant on side is good too, especially when arriving at 10:30 PM. Staff super helpful. Only drawback is the parking, which has super narrow ramps, making it very scary to move the car. We ended up leaving the car in the parking and only walk to avoid scratching it."

"We booked the hotel as it is close to the entrance to the Alhambra Palace - which it certainly is. We required a taxi to get to the hotel from the train station as we arrived late at night at a reasonable cost of €8.. The hotel reception staff were attentive and efficient. The room was spacious with a sizable en suite bathroom. We didn’t choose any meal options at the hotel but were grateful for the free drinking water at the bar. We ate out at a nearby restaurant one evening which was excellent...

"Pros: the hotel’s location is central, close to everything and extremely easy to get around.
Cons:. I prepaid for a king room and was given a twin. I should not have accepted it so that’s my bad.
The room itself was cramped and tiny. There was no closet, just an open rod with a few hangers. The bathroom was no better: there was no handle inside the shower, nowhere to set down toiletries, and the toilet paper was hard to reach for a shorter person. The hotel also provided no basic amenities,...
