"Lift/elevator was out of the service for the entire stay of 4 days. 4 flights of stairs every time. Air conditioning was controlled centrally and no matter what temperature you set in the room thermostat, it was hot. Had to open window but then had to deal with bugs."

"The staff were very nice. There was an initial issue with the bathroom sink that had to be fixed. The refrigerator did not work very well. The room was very warm and had to request for an additional fan to alleviate the work in the room since there was no air conditioning."
