"My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays.
Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach !
This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star.
Shout out to Asst manager Jerome ( great guy), bar service Raul , Gabriel, Tennille! The gals at the grill, Nicole, Lakiesa, and Michem.
Frederica’s cooking our eggs every morning!
We will be back!"
"The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed it a lot. The parking was also free and the staff was very friendly and the property on a whole was very clean."
"The kitchen drawers need some update. It was hard to close. Table at the pool area needs to be updated. But overall we were very satisfied with the place and location was perfect. "
"This stay at crown point beach hotel left me with mixed feelings.
Highlights are the location, staff and breakfast. The staff are always a pleasure to interact with and so friendly.
Location is unbeatable as the hotel sits right on the beach with incredible views of Store Bay and surroundings. Always a delight waking up to the sights and sounds of the sea.
The breakfast at Blu restaurant is a hit and I highly recommend it.
The room however during this stay left a lot to be desired. At my previous stays I’ve always stayed in the cabanas which were updated and modern. This time I booked an apartment which had some shortcomings.
On the first night the air condition in the bedroom stopped working, had to wait until the next morning to report this to the front desk as they were closed at night. The next morning maintenance was sent and the air condition was fixed however stuck on a temperature not cold enough for me.
The bed is also small and my feet ended up hanging off the bed, pillows were flat and need replacing.
The bathroom was clean but small, the shower ceiling and shower head are both quite low which left me having to duck just to get under the shower. That coupled with the small shower made it difficult to move around in there and was not a pleasant experience.
The rooms are not particular sealed well, the old louvre style windows particular the one in the bathroom let in a lot of noise from the hallway.
The hotel is good just in need of major renovations.

"This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, local breakfast was delicious, convenient shuttle to/from the airport and the beaches, and clean rooms. Anna was the best - make sure to order a long island iced tea from her!"
