Einzig die Kopfkissen sind statt aus Federkissen mit einer Art Schaumstoff und was auch unpassend ist, dass sowohl im Restaurant und in der Bad Gäste im Bademantel sind - das ist niveaulos von den Gästen und in einem stilvollen Hotel nicht angebracht und gegenüber anständigen Gästen rücksichtslos."

"An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
